We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our main economy delivery service for all parcels.

When you come to collect your order, please bring with you one form of photo ID.

After you have received the ‘ Ready for Collection’ email your order will be ready for collection, from our warehouse - Monday to Friday, 10am to 4:30pm.

Please do not attempt to collect (or have collected by a third party) an order before you’ve received the ‘ Ready for Collection’ email/notification.

If your order contains any of these items we will call or email you to discuss.

Pre Order items and items with a 1-2 Day Dispatch time cannot be collected same day and will need to wait for the collection email.

Available for customers within a 20-mile radius of Jadlam Toys & Models.
